HST Steels operates eight HR decoiling lines that uncoil, flatten and prepare hot-rolled (HR) and cold-rolled (CR) steel for downstream processing. Handling thicknesses from 1.6 mm to 30 mm and widths up to 2.8 metres, our decoiling capacity lets us process large volumes quickly while maintaining flatness and dimensional accuracy.
Our HR slitting line cuts hot-rolled coils into narrower strips from 1.6 mm to 8 mm thick and up to 2 metres wide, with tight tolerances and clean, burr-free edges. Precision slitting reduces material waste and delivers ready-to-use widths tailored to pipe makers, fabricators and manufacturers.
On our dedicated CR/GI/colour-coated slitting line we slit cold-rolled, galvanized and pre-painted coils from 0.30 mm to 6 mm thick and up to 2 metres wide. The line is engineered to protect delicate coated surfaces while delivering accurate widths and clean edges for roofing, appliance and panel manufacturers.
Our two shearing lines cut steel up to 16 mm thick and lengths up to 9 metres, giving fabricators ready-to-use, cut-to-length plates without secondary trimming. Heavy-gauge shearing delivers straight, accurate cuts for structural and engineering applications where dimensional precision is critical.
Using our chequered pressing machine, HST Steels embosses the raised diamond pattern that gives mild steel (MS) chequered plates their anti-skid grip — for material up to 6 mm thick. Pressing in-house ensures consistent pattern depth and a durable, safety-grade surface for industrial flooring and platforms.
Our two colour-coated profiling lines roll-form pre-painted galvanized sheets (0.30 mm to 0.80 mm) into trapezoidal and corrugated profiles for roofing and wall cladding. Profiling adds structural rigidity and weather performance while preserving the baked colour finish — ideal for factories, warehouses and architectural projects.
Our two colour-coated crimping lines curve pre-painted sheets (0.30 mm to 0.80 mm) to form arched and curved roofing without compromising the coated surface. Crimping enables architectural curves for sheds, canopies and feature roofs while retaining the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel.
On our decking machine we manufacture galvanized profiled decking sheets from 0.80 mm to 1.2 mm with a profiled width of 1040 mm. These sheets act as permanent formwork and reinforcement in steel-concrete composite floors, speeding up construction in multi-storey and pre-engineered buildings.
Our purlin machine roll-forms galvanized (GP) Z-section and C-section purlins from 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm. As secondary structural members in pre-engineered buildings (PEBs) and warehouses, our purlins offer consistent profiles, tight tolerances and corrosion-free service life for reliable roof and wall support.
